Privacy policy
For the Thinkers companion app (“Thinkers: Thinking Skills”) that goes with the First Thinkers, Bold Thinkers and Founder Thinkers books.
The Thinkers app does not collect any data. Nothing about you or your children leaves your device.
What the app stores
The app keeps your children’s progress (the names or nicknames you type in, which pages are done, badges, brain ticklers, teach-backs and missions) and your spelling setting. All of it is stored on the device, inside the app. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.
Deleting the app deletes this progress. You can also reset a child’s progress in the app’s Grown-ups area.
What the app does not do
- No accounts or sign-in.
- No ads.
- No analytics, tracking or crash reporting.
- No third-party SDKs that collect data.
- No chat, sharing or contact with other users.
- The app makes no network requests on its own. A link to this website opens in your browser only after a grown-up answers a question.
QR codes in the books
Scanning a QR code in a book opens a link on kids.quantana.com.au that tells the app which activity to show. If the app is not installed, the same link opens a web version of the app, which also keeps progress only in your browser.
Children
The app is made for children aged 5 to 17 and their grown-ups. Because we collect nothing, we hold no personal information about any child.
